Introducing Dumpster Live Load. Our Dumpster Live Load service is specifically designed for customers who don't have a driveway and don't want the hassle of getting a Street Occupancy Permit. Also for customers who want the dumpster and trash gone in just under a few hours. Making it ideal for sites with limited space, construction sites, renovation projects, and commercial establishments.
 
What is a Live Load?

We will arrive on site and drop the dumpster on the ground or leave it on the truck if necessary or if space is limited. We then wait in our truck until customer loads the trash. 
 

What's the Cost Breakdown? 
 

There is a 1 hour minimum which is $150 and included in the price. We will give a maximum of 2 hours total, the extra hour will be prorated and rounded to the nearest 10 minute mark. You will have the same tonnage included associated with each size dumpster.

 -10 Yard $550 includes 1 Ton. Anything over that is prorated at $170/Ton.

-15 Yard $575 includes 1 Ton. Anything over that is prorated at $170/Ton.

-20 Yard $695 includes 2 Tons. Anything over that is prorated at $170/Ton.

There is a $27.50 Fuel Surcharge.

When does the time start? 
 

Time starts once dumpster is dropped on the ground. We are not responsible for delays due to blocking of truck and dumpster placement. Any delays will be billed at $1.66/per minute.
